E-commerce Assistant

**About Us**

THE FEELTER is a Melbourne-based e-commerce brand founded in 2019, dedicated to bringing unique, high-end designer furniture into everyday life at affordable prices.

We are looking for a **creative and adaptable E-commerce Assistant** to join our team. This role primarily involves **customer service, order processing, packing and shipping, warehouse management, and some marketing tasks**.

As our business covers multiple aspects, the specific responsibilities of this position may vary, so we are seeking a team member who is open to challenges and adaptable to help grow and expand our brand.

**About the role**:

- **Location**: Coburg warehouse (near Sydney Road)
- **Team Environment**: A small, close-knit team with a collaborative and open work culture

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process orders, including order confirmation, shipping coordination, and logistics tracking.
- Pack and ship products, manage warehouse operations, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with warehouse tasks when needed, such as moving and organizing stock.
- Support marketing activities, including social media management and promotional campaign planning.
- Perform various daily operational tasks as required.
- Execute backend administrative tasks, such as **minor website adjustments on Shopify, product data management, and general administrative duties**.
- **Work Schedule**:Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM (5 days per week).**

**About You**
- **Customer service experience is essential** - you should be patient, professional, and capable of effective communication with customers.
- **Experience with Shopify is a plus.**
- Highly responsible and proactive, with strong execution skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing time efficiently.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, such as moving furniture.
- **Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

**Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour**
