Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Educator ready to take the next step in your career? Kids United OSHC is on the lookout for a dedicated Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help lead our service to new heights.

As a Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our centre, guiding and supporting educators while building strong relationships with families and the wider community. You’ll champion quality care, ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks, and create dynamic programs that spark curiosity and creativity in every child.

**Service Hours**
- **Before School Care**: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM
- **After School Care**: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- **Vacation Care**: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**Your Key Responsibilities as an OSHC Coordinator**:

- Lead and deliver engaging, educational programs that reflect the 'My Time Our Place' framework
- Ensure full compliance with National Regulations and the National Quality Standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Be the responsible person on site, ensuring operational excellence
- Identify and respond appropriately to children and young people at risk
- Build positive relationships with families, children, and staff
- Mentor and support your team, fostering growth and professionalism
- Oversee day-to-day administration and attend regular management meetings
- Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing development opportunities
- Support food preparation, light cleaning, and daily care routines
- Supervise children to ensure their health, safety, and overall well-being

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong experience in OSHC or early childhood care, with proven leadership skills
- Diploma in Children’s Services or OOSH (preferred)
- Confident, positive, and able to motivate and guide your team
- Honest, reliable, and passionate about children’s learning and development
- Familiarity with Kidsxap or similar systems (advantageous)
- Strong tech skills and adaptability
- Experience working with children with additional needs
- Quick-thinking, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
- Eagerness to grow and continuously improve

**Essential Checks & Certifications**:

- Valid Working with Children Check (for paid employment)
- Police Check (within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain
- First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Emergency First Aid in an education setting (or willingness to obtain)
