**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Payroll Manager to come in and lead the Payroll function for APAC. In this role you will have responsibility for processing payroll for two different jurisdictions whilst also managing a team of 5 payroll specialists, who look after the remaining countries.
This role will be a good opportunity to have someone come in and look at things with a fresh set of eyes and you will be able to make the role your own.
Currently payroll is an outsourced managed service with ADP and you will be heavily involved in a lot of transformational projects. Other systems that they use include Workday, SAP and Kronos time and attendance.

**About You**

You are confident in addressing the Leaders in the business with all Payroll related matters, as well as providing meaningful data analysis, suggesting ways of improvement etc. regarding people data and analytics.

You have managed payroll for large enterprises and are used to interpreting EA's with 60% of the current workforce on hourly rates.

You are an experienced people leader and be technologically savvy. You also be someone who enjoys process improvement and follows best practice and is able to implement more formal controls and compliance.

Previous experience with ADP Globalview and/or SAP would be an advantage.
