We are seeking an experienced Caravan Park Management Couple who are energetic, hardworking and with a happy “can do” attitude, to join the Breeze Holiday Parks team at BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Mannum.

Perfectly positioned on the banks of the mighty Murray River, BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Mannum is waiting for you to visit. The country town of Mannum may be quaint but it’s got plenty to offer from river cruises to fishing and classic country pubs. Make your next adventure a Breeze.

The position will require you to deal with the day-to-day management and operations of a caravan park.

**The successful applicants will possess the following traits**:

- Previous experience in an accommodation management role is required.
- Previous experience running a restaurant would be favourable.
- Exceptional customer service, sales & public relations skills.
- Responsive to customer's needs with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Strong staff management skills.
- Knowledge of RMS9+ or similar booking software (training available if no previous experience).
- Computer literacy.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong practical skills in landscaping, property & facilities maintenance.
- Assistance with development of landscaping and upgrading of general park facilities as required.
- Equipment maintenance, including plant, and power tools.
- Minor construction of park buildings, cabins, and caravans' maintenance.
- Experience in managing budgets.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills.
- Enthusiasm & attention to detail.
- Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.
- On-Call required.
- National police clearance will be required.

A competitive annual salary will be offered based on previous experience and suitability to the role. This will be reviewed annually. Performance based incentives will also be available dependant on meeting KPI requirements.

As part of employment, you will be granted permission to occupy the onsite residence. Rental and utility fees will be calculated into the remuneration package offered to a successful applicant. Please note the remuneration package stated includes On-Call Allowance, and rental and utility fees.

This position is available to start ASAP.

**Salary**: $126,742.00 per year
