An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant (Pricing and Insights) has become available in the Commercial department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury.

In this supportive role, you will collaboratively assist in the execution of ALDI’s pricing processes and provide operational support and stakeholder collaboration.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional administrative and project coordination support to the commercial team
- Collate data and generate reports to provide key metrics and insights
- Update and maintain pricing databases and systems
- Execute basic analytical tasks using Excel and SQL
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate pricing related projects
- Run weekly reports and communicate updates
- Assist in running basic analytics, both repetitive tasks and ad-hoc

**Selection criteria**:

- Adept reporting and data analysis experience
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience using SQL highly regarded, but not essential
- Proven experience in project coordination and/or management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated experience in a pricing/commercial role, preferably in FMCG/Retail is highly advantageous
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Able to communicate semi-complex concepts in a clear and simple manner
- Able to work independently given guidance
