**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

This position is an exciting one for an autonomous Principal level Interior Designer who would like to take the step up and manage the design and delivery of landmark projects with an Australian leader in Architecture & Interior Designer. This role will report to the Director and be heavily involved in projects and team coordination/growth. You will take the lead on the growth and establishment of the Sydney office's Interior department. There is currently an established team and projects in place, which they are looking to expand on. Your role will be focused in growing both the project base as well as fostering growth and development within the team.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Coordination of projects and documentation from concept to delivery
- Internal and external team management and business development
- Close Client interaction and site visits
- Internal team management

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Previous experience in a Management level Interior Design role
- Ideally you will have a variety of project typology experience
- You must have an interest and passion for growth and an affinity to business development and client relationships
- Client facing with good coordination and communication skills
