With a base in Melbourne and an emerging reputation in Sydney the business has a successful track record delivering high-quality netting products and services, ensuring the safety and performance of sporting venues nationwide.

**Position Overview**:
Activities including but not limited to the sewing of netting and vinyl products, assembly of bolt patterns, cutting cables, deliveries and pickups. Organising and maintaining a safe and clean warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with sewing, measuring, cutting and preparing orders.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, sorting, and shelving incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock records through labelling and use of technology.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and achieve operational goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including cleaning and tidying work areas.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and address any issues that arise.
- Participate in training programs and skill development activities to enhance job performance and readiness for advancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and or willingness to learn to operate sewing machines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Sewing machine experience preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
