**About your new role**
We are currently seeking casual Job Coaches that have the power to connect with and inspire individuals with disabilities to assist our supported employees, within our warehouse locations in Rocklea and Tingalpa. As a Job Coach you will work as coach and support our supported employees to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of warehousing and packaging and help them to achieve their personal employment goals.

**About our Makeables Team**

Our amazing Makeables team provide employment options to our supported employees. The warehouse is full of laughter, mentoring, creativity, and fantastic music. Our team provide consistent assistance for our supported employees while promoting independence and motivation, as a Job Coach, you won’t want to miss this experience.

**About you**
- Experience working with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
- Ability to motivate and engage others to meet the day-to-day objectives.
- Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and respond to emergency situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
- Experience in warehousing (supply chain, production, assembly) and/or supported employment environment (Highly desirable).
- Rigid truck licence (Not essential as training can be provided if required)
- Forklift licence (Desirable)

**You will have the following to qualify for this role**
- Hold a current Working With Children Check
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities)
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations (proof from MyGov)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Modules certificate
