**The Role**

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse to join our Residential Aged Care team in Oakey QLD. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care for Residents within established policies, guidelines, and procedures of McLean Care.

**About You**

We are looking for individuals that are caring, empathetic & looking to contribute to their communities. You will have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience working in an Aged Care setting is desirable, but not essential. To be successful in this role will have strong communication & leadership skills, be computer savvy and can work effectively when part of a team.

Essential:

- Current AHPRA registration as a registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 12 months experience as registered nurse.
- Demonstrated high level of analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of individualised care provision and care planning processes.
- Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience in managing compliance.
- Demonstrated provision of clinical leadership.
- Collaborative leadership style.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and/or their families/representatives, and staff.
- Ability to work well within a team and to liaise closely on key decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence people.
- Excellent computer skills.
