**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Acquisition and Partnerships**:
Identify and engage potential fashion brands that align with our company's vision and market goals.
Cultivate relationships with key players in the fashion industry, including designers, boutique owners, and brand managers.

**Marketing Strategy Development**:
Create targeted marketing campaigns to attract high-potential fashion brands.
Leverage various channels such as digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

**Sales Process Management**:
Lead the sales process from initial contact to deal closure with new fashion brands.
Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations that showcase the value of partnering with our company.

**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the fashion industry.
Analyze competitive strategies and adapt approaches to ensure market edge.

**Collaborative Efforts**:
Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to brand management.
Represent the company at fashion shows, trade fairs, and networking events to promote our services and forge new relationships.

**Performance Tracking**:
Regularly report on sales targets and campaign performance.
Evaluate and refine marketing and sales strategies based on data-driven insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven track record in marketing and sales, specifically within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the fashion market and current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with a flair for identifying and seizing fashion market opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
