**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Test manager with test effort estimates in accordance with the amount of project delivery information available as required.
- Participate in formal review of key project artefacts being delivered in accordance with project methodology as required.
- Prepare test cases and identify/create test data, as required.
- Undertake peer review of testing deliverables as required.
- Understand the context, scope and depth of defect fix retesting efforts.
- Create defect record reflecting the problem statement, steps to replicate, expected and actual results (with accompanying screenshots).
- A recommendation from the Functional analyst/solution designer as to the scenarios/processes that should be retested to ensure the fix works beyond the otherwise discrete defect fix retest scope.
- A recommendation from the technical SME as to the regression risk of the change, so testers can identify regression errors.
- Facilitate SME review (e.g. Functional analysts/Solution designers/CoA key users) of test cases.
- Undertake formal review and/or peer review of own and other testing resources artefacts including test cases.
- Provide instruction and guidance to Testing personnel to achieve goals and provide feedback on quality of their work
- Allocation and monitoring of tasks assigned to testing resources (in accordance with Test manager).
- Manage, train, develop and mentor test resources.
- Communication with project team and test analysts

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Australian citizen
- Be eligible to obtain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance or already have AGSVA Baseline security clearance
- 2+ years in Software testing
- SAP ERP testing experience
- Hands on experience in Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
