We are looking for an experienced
**Depot Operations Manager** to join our team based in Perth to
**be the functional lead for managing safety support, compliance and performance in operational delivery of filling and testing across Elgas in Western Australia**.

In addition, you will be accountable for Elgas depots within WA in the areas of compliance, review of supply chain (filling location) and the building/closure of depots.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain and drive compliance to the Linde and Statutory requirements for Elgas WA operations.
- Ensure all incidents and near misses are reported and improvement actions completed.
- Ensure training requirements are met for all employees and contractors.
- Improve profitability through benchmarking and reviewing operations.
- Manage Deport operations to budgeted unit costs whilst meeting safety and customer service standards
- Re-negotiate and monitor contractor agreements with the Regional Manager and National Managers.
- Manage CAPEX submissions and implementation.
- Lead projects and facilitate resources as required by the business

**It is expected you bring experience and knowledge including**:

- Tertiary Qualification in engineering/technical or operations management.
- 5+ years of experience in LPG/Petroleum industry or Multi-Site Management.
- Experience working within MHF will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in Cost Management and/or customer negotiation
- Experience managing relationships with regulators and external stakeholders
