**About the role**

As a Showroom Consultant you will be passionate about supporting builders and homeowners as they navigate through the renovation journey.

This role, located in Pakenham, will not only be based in our stunning showroom but you will also be required to visit account customers (such as builders, developers and interior designers) on site. A passion for customer service and building business relationships is a must.

**Your day to day**
- Deliver exceptional customer service/stakeholder management
- Provide expertise in leading bathroom brands
- Assist customers with the selection of bathroom products
- Utilise our 3D Planner to bring a customer’s dream to life
- Using Reece own CRM system

**About you**
- Previous customer service experience
- Must demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm
- Proficient computer and system skills
- Great communication skills, with a passion for sales
- A team player, with safety awareness
