**Your new role**

Provide holistic rehabilitation assessments, create and implement individual rehabilitation plans for DVA clients to promote their smooth transition to civilian life.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Social Work or Occupational. Therapy
- Current membership with corresponding professional body.
- Minimum 2 years rehab experience.
- Previous experience in complex case management.
