Marngoneet Correctional Centre is a medium security facility that houses a mix of sentenced and remand men. The role of the facility is to contain prisoners safely, securely and humanely, focusing on the individual needs of the men with the aim of providing a successful transition back into the community or on their continued journey through the prison system.

**About the Role**:
The role of a Facility and Assets Team Leader involves liaising with Cushman and Wakefield regarding the preventative and reactive maintenance across Marngoneet Correctional Centre and working with a range of stakeholders and contractors across the Barwon Precinct.

Some of your duties will include:

- Reviewing works packages across MCC as allocated C&W, Facility and Assets
- Providing supervisory management of contracted resources
- Providing monthly reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and General Manager on the progress of works packages allocated

**About You**:

- Review reactive facility infrastructure and systems failures
- Prepare detailed reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues that impact at facility and assets management activities
- Supervisory management over contracted resources
- Qualifications:_
- Diploma of Facilities Management, or demonstratable experience of working within a correctional facility management role is desirable.
