Village Manager

Nestled beneath the Dandenong Ranges in Rowville, with surrounding views of the golf course, ornamental lakes and gardens, Waterford Valley Lakes offers a lifestyle that’s peaceful and vibrant. We are currently seeking a personable and commercially astute Village Manager to make their mark within the village.

In this hands-on position, you will play a key role to ensure the operational standards and success of the village are maintained, as well as the comfort and happiness of our residents. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the team, creating a positive, safe and people focused culture and creating the best village and lifestyle solutions for our residents and their families. The Village Manager will develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and play an active role in the village and wider local community.
- A solid background in operations and strata management (desirable), ideally gained within the hospitality or senior living sector.
- Will demonstrate a passion for the industry and a customer service approach that sees you operate with a high level of integrity at all times.
- Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will allow you to interact with your team and residents effectively.
- Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made. _
