At **Lifestyle Solutions**, we take pride in delivering innovative, person-centred support for people living with a disability. As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping individuals lead more independent and fulfilling lives, both at home and in the community.

**Your day-to-day may include**:

- **Mentoring and skill-building**- support customers in discovering and developing their interests
- **Coaching life skills**- from cooking to cleaning and everything in between
- **Administering medication**and following tailored support plans
- **Clear documentation**- handover notes, incident reports, and communication logs
- **Personal care**- assisting with dressing, toileting, showering, and feeding when needed
- **Community connection**- helping clients participate in local cultural and recreational programs

**What You Bring - Make It Matter**

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Flexibility - available for varied shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, weekends)
- Strong communication - connect effectively with verbal and non-verbal clients
- A **valid driver’s licence** (must-have)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- **Current First Aid Certificate**:

- Formal qualifications in Disability or Community Services are highly regarded
