**The Opportunity**
Crystalbrook Vincent embraces being Brave and Bold and are seeking a talented and passionate Kitchen Stewards with an eye for detail and passion for hospitality.

**Mews** is decidedly Brisbane, stylish yet relaxed offering a true neighbourhood meeting place where everyone is welcome to gather. Mews has developed a menu focused on sustainably sourced meat and fish, free of pretension that celebrates the base ingredient.

**Fiume**, named after the Italian word for river, offers an alluring urban oasis in which to enjoy a tipple and share style bites while immersing in the stellar views across the Brisbane River, above the bustling Howard Smith Wharves.

**Your talents will include**:

- Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
- Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use.
- Ensuring that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean.
- Treat our brand-new equipment with respect to keep it gleaming.
- Working with the chefs to ensure the kitchen operations seamless perfect before and after service.
- Assist the Purchasing department with deliveries and stock management.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of the hotel.
