**Location**: Brisbane
Stamford Plaza, one of Brisbane's finest five star hotels, is currently looking for a motivated and diligent Full Time and Casual Stewards to join the busy kitchen brigade.
**A little bit about this role**:
As a Steward joining our Kitchen Brigade, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Cleaning and maintaining all Food & Beverage outlet's work areas, materials and equipment
Ensuring each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operational equipment
Ensuring the back of house operations run smoothly
Complying with Workplace Health and Safety and Manual Handling
**Experience/Skills required for this role**:
Previous experience in a similar role preferably within a 5 Star Hotel
Must have legal rights to work in Australia with no restrictions
**Ability to**:
Work 'hands on' in a team environment
Work various shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
Effectively manage your time as well and follow instructions
Enjoy physical work in a busy hospitality environment.
