**About the Role**

As a **Disability Support Worker**, you’ll empower individuals to thrive, whether at home, in clinics, hospitals, or out in the community. Your work will focus on enhancing their quality of life, providing practical assistance, and offering emotional support to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Access**: Help individuals engage in their local community and explore new opportunities.
- **In-Home Support**: Assist with daily tasks and create a positive home environment.
- **Personal Care**: Provide respectful, compassionate care to make individuals feel valued.
- **Domestic Assistance**: Help with light housekeeping to ensure a smooth living space.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **reliable vehicle** and **valid driver’s license**:

- **Comprehensive car insurance** (or willingness to obtain)
- **Certificate III in Individual Support**(Completed/Enrolled and or currently enrolled in higher education such as Nursing or Allied Health)
- **Current First Aid & CPR certification** (or willingness to obtain)
- **Police Check**, **NDIS Yellow Card**, and **Working with Children Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassion and a caring nature, including willingness to assist with personal care

Pay: $33.96 - $61.13 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
