**The role on offer**:
**The skills and experience you will need**:

- Previous experience as a Producer - Audio and Talk Radio experience desirable
- Experience panel operating
- Experience working to breakfast deadlines
- Ability to constantly ideate and generate original story and content ideas relevant audience
- Exposure to talent management and the ability to take editorial direction from hosts and senior team members
- Knowledge of best practice cross-media production techniques including new media usability principals and can deliver content to correct specification
- An intricate knowledge of news, politics and current affairs - local and international
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Phonebox (advantageous)
