**About Us**
We are a dynamic supermarket group operating across multiple locations. Our central procurement team ensures we have the right products, at the right price, with the right suppliers. We are looking for a detail-driven **Procurement & Data Coordinator** to join our head office team, supporting our procurement operations with accuracy, efficiency, and strong data insights.
**About the Role**
This is an office-based, non-customer-facing role focused on **data management, supplier coordination, and procurement analytics**. You will not be involved in store sales, staff supervision, or day-to-day retail operations. Instead, your work will be integral to the strategic buying decisions that keep our stores stocked and competitive.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain procurement databases, including contract terms, pricing, and supplier details.
- Coordinate and verify supplier information across all stores to ensure contract and data compliance.
- Extract, organise, and analyse sales and inventory movement data to identify purchasing trends.
- Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for management.
- Support tender documentation and supplier comparisons.
- Monitor supplier performance indicators (e.g., delivery times, fulfilment rates).
- Liaise with finance to align supplier invoicing and delivery records.
- Analyse procurement trends to support negotiations and contract renewals.
- Assist in redrafting and implementing supplier agreements and variations.
**About You**
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong skills in data analysis and database management.
- Is detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Has experience in procurement, supply chain, or business administration (retail industry experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Is proficient in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Communicates clearly and works well with multiple stakeholders.
**How to Apply**
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
