**About the role**
- Providing technical parts support to our trade, industrial and mining customers, over the phone and in-person
- Interpreting parts, processing customer orders, ensuing efficient dispatch of products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing credits
- Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service

**What we’re looking for**
- An intuitive problem solver, that enjoys innovative and outside the box thinking
- Someone with confidence and clarity in their communication style
- A genuine and friendly character, with a positive outlook
