You will be working with a highly reputable organisation who specialise in looking after the imports & exports of cargo into WA. Located in Harvey. The organisation values culture, and is focused on creating a better planet for future generations by discovering, developing, and delivering products critical to clean energy, and are excited to bring on board a permanent Mechanical Fitter to make this goal a reality.

**Your new role**
- Must be able to fabricate and weld both mild steel and stainless steel using TIG/MIG/MMA to a good standard.
- Adhere to daily, weekly, monthly planned worked orders online systems.
- Maintain integrity with electrical installations and equipment
- Troubleshooting equipment related process problems and equipment failures to determine cause and to investigate repairs.
- Drive ongoing and preventative maintenance programmes and accurate data for analysis on equipment.
- Testing of equipment under the supervision of the Project Engineers and recording equipment data.
- Assemble and fit machined parts using drill holes and tap threads, if necessary, for bolting parts together;
- Cut, thread, bend and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines
- Manufacture, repair and fault-find hydraulic and pneumatic equipment;
- Inspect machinery regularly and make any adjustments or repairs needed by removing any worn or damaged parts.
