**About Us**

The PS Murray Princess is the largest inland paddle wheeler in the Southern Hemisphere. Accommodating a maximum of 120 guests and operating 3, 4 and 7-night cruises on the Murray River from Mannum, 87 kilometres from Adelaide, this stunning vessel attracts guests from all over Australia and the world.

Due to internal promotions we require Casual Cabin and Galley Hands to join our boat family.

**About the role**

The Cabin Galley is an integral position in the Hospitality Operations on the Murray Princess. The Cabin Galley position involves all aspects of cabin cleaning (housekeeping) making beds daily, changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and galley work for lunch and dinner service.

You will be working in close conjunction with all crew so working as part of a team, whilst maintaining excellence in safety and reliability at all times is essential.

This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, and multi-skilling and time management.

These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:

- Minimum of 1 year hotel, galley or cruise ship experience
- Certificate Qualification in Hospitality - Desirable
- Excellent attention to detail - Essential
- Food Safety Certificate - Desirable
- Experience in working in a fast-paced team to reach goals - Essential
- Customer service experience - Essential
- Experience in the Tourism Industry - Desirable

All meals and accommodation on board the Murray Princess when rostered on duty are included. Transport from Adelaide CBD to Mannum is provided if required.
