Job description

Art experience brand, Radio Velvet, have launched a new immersion space in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We are looking for a new team Supervisor to run a large scale exhibition in Melbourne. You will be part of a team of hardworking, passionate people that are compelled by both the art and music industry. As a Supervisor and Radio Velvet representative, you will be managing a large exhibition space, training team, driving sales and footfall. You will receive on board training, get sneak peaks into both the art and music world and be responsible for leading clients through this unique space and our bespoke product offerings. All in all, you will be responsible for;
Sales Generation
- Single out potential companies, organisations, media outlets, and artists to generate footfall
- Expand social media presence and further develop the Radio Velvet brand

Client Relations
- Build new relationships with prospective clients and assist with strengthening and building new connections
- Sales conversion of all exhibit visitors

Management
- Inventory control and stock ordering
- Daily administration and housekeeping
- Reporting and target setting
- training and onboarding new staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Subcontract

Contract length: 2-3 months

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- 1 year of retail management essential

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Subcontract
