**The Role**:
We are seeking a Metallurgical Technician to work with our team at Mt Weld on an 8/6 roster. This role will fly in and fly out from Perth to Laverton. We are an inclusive team at Mt Weld and aim to provide training and guidance from our team members. Our Metallurgical Technician duties consist of providing metallurgical support to operational crews.

**Skills and experience required for this role**:

- Have experience in a laboratory and/or concentrator (preferably flotation)
- Have analytical laboratory experience (preferably XRF)
- Show initiative, attention to detail and be self-motivated
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
- Have a willingness to learn, including assist where required with water treatment or support the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO)
