**About the Role**

Are you ready to make a real impact? As our **Finance & Insurance Consultant**, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers make their dreams of owning a vehicle a reality You’ll guide them through the entire Finance and Insurance process, providing expert advice and ensuring they choose the perfect solution that’s tailored to their needs. Your expertise will give customers confidence and peace of mind as they make this exciting decision.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with customers to evaluate their financial situation and recommend the best financing options for their needs.
- Break down financing plans into easy-to-understand terms, whether it’s a loan, lease, or other financing solutions.
- Work with lending institutions to secure highly competitive rates and terms that benefit our customers.
- Present a variety of insurance products and coverage options, addressing any questions and ensuring customers feel confident in their choices.

**Essential Skills & Experience**

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- **Proven success in automotive finance and insurance, ideally within a dealership setting is desired.**:

- **A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- An eagle eye for detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring you can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- The ability to stay calm, composed, and effective in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
