**About the Company**
Our NSW State Government client is a statutory authority that is responsible for leading the delivery of Renewable Energy Zones as part of the NSW Government’s Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap. The roadmap sets out the vision to coordinate investment in electricity transmission, generation, storage and firming infrastructure to transform the NSW electricity system into one that is cheap, clean and reliable.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join their team in Sydney CBD with the flexibility to work remotely from home 1 day per week. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Working within the People & Operations Business Unit, you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative and business support services to the Director and team to achieve organisational objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver high level, professional customer service
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Support multiple teams in a fast paced environment, adapting to rapidly changing business needs
- Manage and triage Business Services Inbox, generating correspondence
- Coordinate Director’s schedule and commitments, prioritising and ensuring effective use of their time
- Complete diary and travel management
- Ordering stationary and maintaining office equipment
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including arranging catering, equipment and overall presentation
- Preparation of documentation, presentation material and reports
- Manage and maintain asset registers including large volumes of valuable IT consumables
- Complete financial administration duties including purchase orders, invoices and receipting
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
