Approach Consulting has been in engaged to deliver a WHS Manager role by a well-respected, locally owned civil contractor who delivers civil, infrastructure and land development construction projects. The organisation is going from strength to strength, and they support their staff to do the same, allowing you to continue developing alongside highly experienced professionals within the industry.
**Have you got the opportunity to work on projects you genuinely love?**
You will work
**directly to Director of the business and will see you involved in all aspects of HSE. You will ensure that company projects are delivered with top class WHS standards, work on company procedures and systems to advance the business, and work with management, project teams, site teams, and stakeholders. **Hopefully your involvement and exposure to new and exciting builds will keep you engaged and ensure you keep coming back Your involvement will be key to making sure these projects run smoothly, making you to feel like a valued member throughout all processes.

**Does your background suit the role?**
As the salary and duties might suggest, you’re going to need an understanding of
**_what’s involved _**within the
**WHS/HSE industry** and have a passion for it. You’ll need proven experience in the sector developing up to date company HSE Systems & Procedures, facilitate internal audits on processes and systems, Assist the company in strengthening retaining and achieving its Accreditations.
Ideally, you will have
**_3 years of more experience_** and be hungry to take a
**_leadership role_** and
**_build relationships_**, while engaging positively with the clients and most importantly your own teams is key.
