**CNC Machine Operator**

We are a leading steel fabrication company based in the Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne, and we are currently seeking a skilled **CNC** **Machine Operator** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Programming and editing CNC machines including Plasma, robotic arm beam line, and other related equipment.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and making necessary edits.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances using precision measuring tools.
- Ensuring safe and efficient operation of machines in line with company standards.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining principles.
- Ability to program and edit CNC machines
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and the ability to modify programs accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional skills in MIG &TIG welding, metal fabrication is highly preferred.
