About the role

As the Company Office Admin/PA You will be supporting the Managing Director with his priorities working closely to ensure their day-to-day runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a role that will see you grow, act as a team player, gaining exposure and growth within the industry. Flexibility with hours is a must in this role, and we are ideally seeking an individual who is committed long-term. This role will be located at our Head office in Bells Creek and from a home office in Buderim at times.
- Assist Managing Director with day-to-day admin tasks
- Running out of office local errands as needed
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Calendar management
- Event and function coordination; Book events tickets, catering for staff occasions, lunch/dinner reservations, etc.
- Produce high-quality documents (including presentations).
- Follow up on matters arising on behalf of the MD when required.
- Manage company files, documents & data in company CRM systems
- Assist with setting up new offices
- Monitor and maintain Office cleanliness, supplies, and equipment - stationery, business cards, uniforms, printer, and kitchen supplies
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Provide daily refreshments

SKILLS AND Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Strong MS Office skills including confidence using Excel, PowerPoint & Google docs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
