As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and reliable All-Rounder Machinery Operator to join our team for the upcoming silage season and beyond.

**About the Role**:
You will be part of a hardworking team responsible for operating and maintaining a range of modern agricultural machinery used in silage production. This includes driving pit tractors, forage harvesters, and trucks. The role suits someone who is mechanically minded, self-motivated, and comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating machinery involved in harvesting, hauling, and stacking silage
- Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Assisting with machinery changeovers, transport, and field setup
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Working cooperatively with other team members and clients on-site
- Accurately completing daily logs and machinery checks

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience operating agricultural machinery, ideally in a contracting or silage environment
- Sound mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot in the field
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s licence (HR or HC preferred)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Desirable Skills (Not Essential)**:

- Experience with GPS guidance and modern tractor systems
- Welding or mechanical repair experience
- Understanding of silage quality and compaction techniques
