Hays is a leading recruitment agency that specialises in finding the best talent for various industries. We are currently seeking a warehouse operator and forklift operator for one of our clients, a well-established and reputable company in the manufacturing sector.

**Your new role**

As a warehouse operator and forklift operator, you will be responsible for:

- Loading and unloading trucks and containers using a forklift
- Picking and packing orders according to customer specifications
- Storing and stacking goods in the warehouse using a forklift
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards
- Following safety procedures and policies at all times

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A valid forklift licence and proven experience in operating a forklift
- A high level of physical fitness and stamina
- A good eye for detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands
