- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 44-year-old man with an acquired brain injury to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:
- Monday and/or Wednesday: 07:00 - 14:00

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain First Aid Certificate - Mandatory
- Reference CW-LF
