**About the Role**

You’ll work across rotating shifts (including weekends) and join a collaborative team focused on keeping our systems secure and our customers protected.

**About You**

You’re a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong eye for patterns and anomalies. You thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated environments and are motivated by protecting customers and ensuring their transactions are seamless and secure. Whether it’s monitoring payments, investigating suspicious activity, or collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you’re proactive, adaptable, and driven to deliver results.

You bring a customer-first mindset and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You’re comfortable using data to guide decisions, confident in juggling multiple priorities, and always looking for ways to improve processes. Above all, you take pride in safeguarding the integrity of our operations while having a bit of fun along the way.

**Key Requirements**
- Experience in payments, fraud prevention, or the gambling industry, ideally within a regulated environment such as financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using fraud detection or payment monitoring tools. Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience while ensuring compliance and minimising risk.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams such as Customer Operations, AML, Compliance, and Safer Gambling.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, fraud, or financial crime are essential.

You’ll also bring:

- A curious mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive innovation.
- The ability to think strategically while delivering on day-to-day operational priorities.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a team-first attitude.

**Why You’ll Love Working Here**
- **The Benefits**

Along with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, we will also provide you with:

- 25 days annual leave (a whole extra week of holidays)
- Genuine flexible working
- Development budget to send you to conferences, events, courses and other learning opportunities
- Weekly concierge service including free massages, manicure/nail appointments - all onsite
- Daily fresh fruit, free breakfast, sparkling water and Kombucha on tap in the office (did we mention we have a Thursday afternoon social hour?)
- Tailored career development programs with a yearly tools down day to focus on goals
- End of trip facilities with an onsite table tennis and pool table
- Access to our employee assistance program and a Circle In membership

**What’s the Green Tick Feeling?**

Well, it’s different for everyone, yet unites us all. It’s the feeling you get when you succeed, no matter what success looks like to you. It could be developing your career, it could be working on an industry leading project, or it could be making it to school pick up in time.
