Disability Support Worker

Ray Foundation Group is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and with dignity. We provide high-quality, person-centred supports across Perth, with a focus on compassion, professionalism, and community inclusion.

We are seeking dedicated **Disability Support Workers** to join our growing team and support participants in achieving their goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and community access supports as per participant care plans.
- Assist with daily living tasks (meals, hygiene, mobility, medication prompts).
- Facilitate social, recreational, and community participation activities.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records in line with NDIS requirements.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and other professionals to deliver individualised care.
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all participants.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children Check (if supporting children).
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID011 / HLTAID009).
- Manual Handling training (preferred).
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence & access to reliable vehicle (desirable).
- Proof of full working rights in Australia.

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services.
- Experience working within the NDIS sector.
- Bilingual skills (advantageous in multicultural communities).

Pay: $45,545.99 - $90,779.97 per year
