One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced **Security and Records Support Officer **to provide administrative support in Records Management to their security team. Ideally they are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Records Management and Disposal Processes. The role will be based from **Canberra with a work from home options available. **The successful **Security and Records Support Officer **will be offered a **6-month contract partnered with extension options.**

The successful** Security and Records Support Officer **will be responsible for the below:

- Assisting with the preparation of EDRMS Files for migration to the new EDRMS System
- Assisting with car parking policy and visitor car parking management
- Reviewing and auditing classified documents to process documents that have passed retention period
- Assisting with physical security infrastructure maintenance issues
