As Solution Designer, you'll be responsible for delivering scalable, strategic and secure solution designs across the payments modernisation program. Working in a cross-functional team, you'll bridge the gap between product vision and delivery.
- Lead end-to-end solution design across key payments initiatives
- Collaborate with business, technology and architecture teams
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
- Focus on digital and mobile platform integration (ideal)
- Support delivery teams with traceable, actionable solution artefacts
- Influence decision-making and maintain clear design governance

**About You**We're looking for a strategic thinker with solid experience designing solutions in large enterprise environments, ideally with exposure to digital or mobile platforms.
- Demonstrated expeirence working as Solution Designer, preferably in banking
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with modern payments systems and architecture
- Experience working in the Digital and/or mobile delivery space (required)
- Confident communicator and stakeholder management
- Able to work across both high-level and detailed designs

Pay: $91,097.77 - $163,595.81 per year
