Our Technology Services group has a strategic remit to uplift, govern and run the Fund’s technology capability. **Your new role**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investments Technology, the Solution Designer is responsible for leading the design of new technology capabilities, collaborating across a broad range of stakeholders as well as completing the detailed solution design documentation to support the delivery of the Investments Technology Delivery Portfolio.
In this role you will partner closely with the Investments Group and Technology Strategy and Planning team to understand the evolving needs for Investments and design solutions that are aligned to the Fund’s business and technology strategy, vision, enterprise architecture and roadmaps. The role will also partner closely with the Investments Application Support team and wider Technology Services team to ensure that solution designs are consistent with the Fund’s design standards and appropriately transitioned into support.

**What you’ll need**
- Agile certification (e.g. Scrum Master)
- Experience working in complex Cloud based enterprise environments such as Microsoft Azure
- Demonstrated proficiency with DevOps concepts and technologies. Appreciation of software development lifecycle best practices
- Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence) skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills as well as technical writing skills
- Ability to architect and implement a business process in a complex and fast changing environment
- Ability to provide detailed designs or support the development of detailed designs for Data and Analytics solutions
- Experience in designing solutions using Visio and related products
- Experience in API Gateway and Microservices Architectures
