**What You Will Be Doing**

The Community Care Allied Health & Aboriginal Health Manager will be part of the Community Care Senior Management Team, responsible for managing the program’s Allied Health clinicians. The team also across community settings with the aim of preventing the need for a hospital presentation or stay, with many people accessing care directly from the community. The manager also has operational oversight of the delivery of Aboriginal Hospital Liaison services to enhance the organisations cultural responsiveness and care to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Bachelors or Post Graduate qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics or Social Work with current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for membership of relevant professional association
- Ability to support and supervise staff, promote professional competence and foster individual staff development
- Experience in developing and fostering relevant partnerships within the acute, subacute, residential and community sectors
- Experience in cultural change and development within an organisation and a program
