**In this role, you'll**:
Work with our Digital Literacy and Enablement team within the People Planning and Capability division, a specialised team responsible for the development and delivery of innovative digital literacy programs.
As the Digital Literacy and Enablement Lead, you will provide expertise in digital enablement, branding, and advice on using digital technology to improve the learner experience. You will also create engagement strategies for learners. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Literacy and Enablement, you will lead initiatives to improve digital skills, promote best practices, and help our workforce use digital tools effectively.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital training needs and develop customised learning solutions as well as lead the delivery of digital training sessions, workshops, and events to increase digital fluency and adoption.
This is an exciting role, joining a newly created team that plays a vital part in leading NSW TrainLink into a digitised future for training and assessment. You will contribute to operational success and ensure the continual improvements of performance and training, helping to shape a workforce that is well-equipped to leverage digital technologies effectively.

**About you**
With a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent), you have proven experience in developing and delivering digital literacy programs and initiatives, coupled with a strong learning and development or training background.
With exceptional communication skills, you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across all facets of TrainLink, including staff based at our regional locations, ensuring the workforce is equipped with the necessary digital skills and competencies to leverage technology effectively and improve overall performance.
An innovative and strategic thinker you are familiar with emerging digital trends and technologies that will enable you to provide input into the development and implementation of long-term digital solutions across our network.
Please note, this role will require regular travel to TrainLink's regional depots.
