**Premium Solutions Group (PSG) **is seeking a passionate, customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Rostering and Recruitment - Operations Support **for our Bondi Junction head office.
The purpose of this role is to support our hospitality operations, driving our performance and service delivery to exceed the expectations of our clients and personnel. This will be done through effective rostering, personnel management, recruitment administration, reporting, and compliance.
The position requires an experienced professional able to roster and coordinate with personnel and contractors and resource new security personnel as positions become available at each of our client's locations.
**DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
**PERSONNEL**
Recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new personnel
Confirming and communicating essential information about shifts to personnel
**ROSTERING**
Complete and fill rosters requirements.
Support the allocation of the best personnel to each client's site.
Ensure rostered guards are compliant (NSW Security licence, RSA, First Aid)
Follow and implement rostering rules and guidelines
Monitor shift attendance, sign on and sign off
Hold the roster phone - Rotating roster one week on, one week off.
**DAILY SHIFT REPORT (EOSR) PROCESSING**
Checking and reading the end-of-shift reports sent from shifted personnel
Track end-of-shift reports and ensure all reports are accounted for
Send daily summary to Operations Manager
**GENERAL**
General administration tasks
Assist with meeting preparation and agendas
Demonstrated willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks on a day-to-day basis
**TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU WILL NEED**:
Customer service skills & an excellent phone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum six months of experience in a similar rostering position
Attention to detail
Available most weekends and willing to take the roster phone week on/week off
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid NSW Security Licence, RSA and First Aid
Full Australian working rights

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
