Now, we’re on the lookout for **Front of House Casuals** to join the team at our **Strike & B Lucky** venue in **Entertainment Quarter, NSW**—people who are passionate about service, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.

**What you'll do**:

- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
- Drive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- Own your space Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- Take the opporunitites to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

**What you've got**:

- Uniqueness and a passion for fun
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
- Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
- A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
- Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
- A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $68.70 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
