FlexiHome Care is looking for a positive and energetic disability support worker to join our team

We have a great opportunity around Penrith NSW for a Disability Support Worker to support clients living in their own home.

In this position, you will be responsible for a range of different requirements from personal care and respite, to community access & assisting the client.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Provide **person-centred** care to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations
- Contributing information for the development of Customer support plans
- Providing support to customers with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication and other support as required
- Keeping customer records up to date on a daily basis
- Developing and maintain professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers and key stakeholders
- With support & guidance from our growing Team, seek out innovative ways to enhance the customer journey

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Working with Children's Check**

**A driver's license **& a car

**Vaccination certificate**

**Academic qualification **in the **disability sector** is highly valued.

**A minimum of 1 year of disability experience** is preferred.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
