**Advanced Interventions in Mood Disorders

**Your new role:
- The Advanced Interventions in Mood Disorders (AIM) Clinic provides adults with severe mood disorders access to novel treatments and opportunities to participate in innovative research projects. This is a new clinical mental health service based at Royal Melbourne Hospital, reporting to the Manager of RMH Ambulatory Mental Health services (Consultation Liaison Manager) and supported by the Director of AIM Clinic
- The AIM Clinic Co-ordinator is responsible for leadership and management of the AIM Clinic ketamine treatment service based at the Day Medical Unit, RMH
- Management of referrals to the AIM Clinic
- Provision of information to consumers, families and carers accessing the clinic
- Liaison with relevant departments working in partnership to provided treatment

**About you**:

- Extensive experience in the assessment and provision of treatment for people with mental illness and psychosocial disability
- Demonstrated organisational and leadership skills in a mental health and acute health setting, including the ability to manage human and financial resources, determine workload priorities, and manage timelines
- Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision but receiving appropriate support from the Manager, Director of Clinical Services, and Director of the AIM Clinic as required
