We are looking for a committed Support worker with experience in working with people living with Mental health, Disability and early on-set dementia with associated challenging behavior and complex needs. You will be creative in how you approach your support with lots of activities as client enjoys being active. Client wants longevity for the right support worker.

Some of the services that we deliver include but not limited to:

- Cerebral Palsy Houses
- High and Low care needs
- Personal care
- Medication Domestic assistance Social support Community access

Must have
- Current NDIS Worker check, Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
- Must have current Australian Driver’s License & Reliable Car.
- Must have experience working with people with dementia and challenging behavior.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL.
- Be able to provide 2 current/recent work-related references.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
