The Sarina Russo Group has established itself as an industry leader in education, training, recruitment and job creation for over 45 years.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Facilitator/ Coach to mentor and facilitate 2 programs for job seekers to create real opportunities, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market. The 2 programs are:

- **Employability Skills training (EST) **- this helps participants become job ready by providing intensive pre-employment training; and
- ** Career transition Assistance (CTA) **- this program is designed to help mature-age people, aged 45 years and over, to build their confidence and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market.

This is a casual role, 30 - 38 hours per week and may involve working across multiple sites including Fitzroy, Prahran, Epping, Preston, Ringwood or Broadmeadows. The facilitation can be a combination of face to face and virtual.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Previous experience in coaching or facilitating preferred
- Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
- Proficient with technology
- Must be able to commence asap

**You should be able to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to promote our clients to potential employers
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
