**Group Facilitator (Grade 2)** **Adolescents Service (14 - 22 years)** **Part Time & Casual - Adolescent Day Program and Adolescent In-patient** **About the role** Seeking a motivated, enthusiastic applicant who has effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary team, and experience facilitating group therapy with young people. **Inpatient Program**: The Adolescent Unit (ages 14-22) offers specialised inpatient care for young people struggling with emotional or behavioural difficulties. - Anxiety - Depression - Eating disorders - Self-harm or suicidal thoughts - Attachment/relationship difficulties - School refusal - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) - Social and behavioural problems **Day Programs**: We offer a variety of evidence-based group therapy programs designed to address specific needs.
