Due to increase in operational demands, we are currently looking for enthusiastic people for **Backbench and Value Add **to work within our fresh fish processing environment.

**A variety of Roles and Duties available will include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Cleaning, scaling, sorting, filleting and portioning fish
- Packing product for distribution to our valued customers

All positions will offer on the job training and support.

**Skills and requirements**
- Experience in a food manufacturing previously, Seafood industry an advantage
- Be familiar with the safety, food safety, quality requirements.
